Antonio finds himself falling for his neighbor, Charo (Ruth Gabriel), a prostitute with a drug habit who is unaware of Antonio's activities. Matters become complicated as Antonio's identity as a terrorist is made public, and Charo's drug-addicted friend Lisardo (Javier Bardem) becomes an informant for law enforcement.
