Sidney L. Miller (born October 22, 1916, Shenandoah, died January 10, 2004, Los Angeles) was an actor, director and songwriter. His first (uncredited) acting role came with Penrod and Sam (1931); he later starred along with Mickey Rooney in Boys Town (1938). After joining Disney, he wrote The Mickey Mouse Club (1955). After a successful career, he directed many TV series episodes, including Get Smart. He married thrice, and had a son (actor Barry Miller). He died from Parkinson's Disease.
