Joe Odagiri (オダギリ ジョー, Odagiri Jō), born Jou Odagiri (小田切 譲, Odagiri Jō) (February 16, 1976 in Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese actor.

Commonly known just as Odajō, and also known for his unusual hairstyle and eclectic style of dressing, he is the epitome of Cool Japan. He has achieved considerable success as an actor, having been awarded Best New Actor by the Japanese Academy for his role in Azumi, and Best Supporting Actor in Blood and Bones.

He has starred in such films as the Katsuhiro Otomo-directed live-action movie adaptation of the manga and anime series, Mushishi, where he was featured as the main character, Ginko, as well as other well-known films such as Shinobi: Heart Under Blade.

He is also well known by much of the tokusatsu fandom in his starring role as Yusuke Godai from Kamen Rider Kuuga. Odagiri has expressed on multiple occasions his difficulty playing the role however.

Odagiri is also very famous in Brazil due to his roles of Bijomaru Mogami in Azumi and Yusuke Godai in Kamen Rider Kuuga.
