Arnoldo Foà (born 24 January 1916) is an Italian film actor. He has appeared in over 130 films since 1938. He was born in Ferrara, Italy.

Born from Dirce and Valentino, complete high school in Florence, where he moved with his family, and studied at the acting school of Rasi. Abandoned his studies in Economics, and the age of twenty he moved to Rome, where he attended the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia.
