Ann Kathryn Turkel (born July 16, 1946, in New York, New York, United States) is an American actress and was a model. Turkel studied acting at the Musical Theatre Academy.
She was photographed for American Vogue in the early 1980s. Patrick Lichfield captured images of her on location in England, the Bahamas, and Sardinia during the early 1970s, and included them in his 1981 book, The Most Beautiful Women.
She starred in television film with her first major role occurring in the 1974 film, 99 and 44/100% Dead, and 1976's The Cassandra Crossing, both alongside her future husband, Richard Harris; they were divorced in 1982. Despite their divorce she and Harris remained good friends. When Harris died in 2002, Turkel was quite saddened, and said he was her mentor and a good friend.
She portrayed comic strip heroine, Modesty Blaise, in a 1982 TV pilot.
She also was notable for starring in two films, God's Gun in 1976 and Portrait of a Hit Man in 1977, with Jack Palance, a popular star in American westerns at the time.
